A production cel and background from the Nickelodeon Studios animated series "The Ren and Stimpy Show" (1991-1996). Featuring Reverend Jack Cheese being lowered onto stage from the ceiling while playing guitar, the hand-painted cel and background were created at the studio and used during the animation process. The setup is an actual frame of animation with both layers photographed and appearing in the episode titled "Reverend Jack," which aired on December 9, 1995. Measuring 10.75"x13.75" overall, with the character image measuring 5"x3", the cel and background are in very good condition with minimal line wear.
