This is an original production cel from the 60th annual Academy Awards from 1988. This hand-painted cel features Mickey Mouse in a tuxedo and was created at the Walt Disney studio and used during the production of the presentation for Best Animated Short. The presenters for the award were Tom Selleck accompanied by an animated Mickey, and this cel was used to create the actual animation of Mickey as he jokes with Tom. The overall measurements of the piece are and the image itself measures 4.5" x 4". The cel is in excellent condition.
